Q. When will the app be available?
A. We are proud to say that it just launched on September 9, 2010. It is currently only avaiable for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Click here to find it on iTunes.
Q. I had trouble downloading the app to my iPhone. What can I do?
A. Check that your iPhone is set to wifi. You might also check that you have enough space available - often just clearing out some old photos can do the trick.
Q. I wasn't able to see my mutant posted to Twitter. What can I do?
A. The Home Gene-Splicing Kit uses TwitPic to share mutants. You should visit twitpic.com first to allow posts to be made to your Twitter feed.
Q.The program quit while I was taking a picture. What's going on?
A. Reboot your iPhone by holding both buttons at the same time until you see the "slide to power off" button. Swipe to the right to power off. Wait a minute. Then start up again by holding both buttons until you see the Apple logo. This will clear any memory issues you may be experience. It works for all apps, not just this one.
